Description
Our client, a global leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an HR Representative to join their team. As an HR Representative, you will be part of the People Support team supporting 3rd shift operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and effective coaching abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HR Generalist (3rd Shift Support)
Location: Whitakers, NC (Onsite)
Pay Range: $29 – $36 per hour (6-month contract)
What's the Job?
- Handle employee relations activities for 3rd shift employees
- Counsel and coach managers on HR-related matters
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HR policies and procedures
- Own and update HR processes as needed
- Manage and respond to ServiceNow HR tickets
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Solid foundational HR knowledge and experience
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling confidential information and coaching leaders
