We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary, open-ended basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a nonprofit organization and make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have hands-on experience with Paycom HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Assist with recruitment efforts by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing new hires.
• Process and maintain employee records in the Paycom system.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish (Required).
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Proficiency with Paycom HRIS (required).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay Rate: $24-$28/hour
