Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and support services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans is now hiring a full time recruiter.
We are now hiring a Full-Time Recruiter to support our Human Resources Department in recruiting and selection processes at our administrative office in St Paul, MN.
Responsibilities include:
Work closely with hiring managers to expedite and optimize the recruitment and selection process, with a focus on Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff.
Reviewing open requisitions for new qualified applicants, obtaining interview availability, and contacting applicants to provide information on the open positions and conducting phone screens and interviews
Conduct and document reference checks
Survey new-hires and recent terms to assess their employment experience at ASI

Requirements
Two years of administrative support experience
One year of recruitment experience
Excellent independent initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and database applications
Ability to handle shifting priorities
