Your new role

• Supporting day-to-day Human Capital operations
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
• Assisting with HR automation and digitalisation initiatives
• Preparing documentation and reports across key HR activities
• Coordinating training, surveys, meetings, and internal HR projects
• Providing relevant data for payroll preparation

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally with exposure to campus hiring or talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
